With degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from Mississippi College, he has spent over 45 years working across manufacturing, construction, and human resources consulting. His professional journey gives him a unique perspective on human behavior, leadership, and the complexities of real-world challenges.
An avid outdoorsman, Leo has a passion for hiking and exploring the world’s natural beauty. He has hiked across the Grand Canyon twice and completed the 130-mile Dingle Way in Ireland solo in just eight days. These adventures fuel his imagination and provide vivid inspiration for the settings and journeys in his stories.
